When filing a complaint, we’ll need the following details:

Additional details to assist (Approximate value of the most recent transaction, estimated balance in the account).

For a transaction dispute, you’ll need

Nature of the transaction (for example, ATM withdrawal, Funds transfer).
Transaction details (Amount, time, reference no. etc.)
